Pete's
Credits and Accomplishments
Pete Huttlinger is a Nashville based guitarist, composer
and arranger. Pete did the guitar work on the GRAMMY winning CD "All
Aboard" by John Denver. He has written music for independent videos,
jingles and commercials, and composed the theme to ESPN's Flyfishing America.
Pete was nominated in 1994 for an EMMY award as Instrumentalist/Composer
for a PBS special titled "Tennessee Traveling Treasures", a show tracing
Tennessee's 200 year history. He won first
place in the National Fingerpicking Championship in
2000.
Pete has done recordings for HBO, PBS, ESPN, John
McCuen, Gary Morris, Opryland USA, Florence Henderson, and John Denver. He
played on "The Wildlife Concert" with John Denver which has been airing
on the A&E network since 1995. He has also worked with America, Brenda
Lee, Louise Mandrell, Shelly West, Englebert Humperdink, George Burns, and Doug Stone.
He has been in the "pit" for such shows as Grease, Some Sweet
Day, Baby and Big River.
Pete toured around the world from 1994 through 1997 with John
Denver's band, with shows in Australia, the UK, the Far East, Europe, and the US.
He has performed with the San Diego and Houston Symphony Orchestras.
